The first of two Bursaries and Scholarships Nights was held at the Centre for the Arts on March 19.
By the time the Windsor presentations conclude on March 26 (Chatham students received their awards earlier in the month), the college's fundraising Foundation will have doled out several hundred thousand dollars to several hundred students.
College administrators and faculty members praised the many individuals, families, service clubs, public agencies and private corporations that have made donations to the Bursaries and Scholarships Fund, making a St. Clair education more afforable for deserving students.
